GENERAL INFORMATION FOR CLINICAL APPLICATION TRAININGS

I. The seats are limited. Please register in time and confirm your seat by sending the PO for the training. Fujifilm

reserves the right to cancel the training if less than 5 persons register for the training. Full payment is required 45 days

before the training date, otherwise registration will be cancelled.

II. Cancellation Policy:

• Full payment is required 45 days before the training date, otherwise registration will be cancelled

• Cancellation before one month of the training date will be eligible for an 80% refund.

• Cancellation before 2 weeks of training date will be eligible for an 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 2 weeks of training date or failure to attend (“no show”) will not be eligible for any refund

III. If needed, an online test/ Interview will be conducted for participants before starting the training.

IV. The training certificate will only be issued upon scoring at least 70% pass.

V. The following discounts are applicable depending on the total number of seats booked by the company:

VI. The above discounts are only applicable upon issuing ONE PO for the requested total number of seats. The individual invoice will be shared after every training, and the payment shall be arranged accordingly.

VII. Discount will be waived if the total number of the requested seats is not equal to the total number of participations.

Also, more discounts will be applied if the total number of seats exceeded the requested ones s per the table above.

After successful completion of Basic and Advanced application training:

► The participant understands basic radiography concepts and Fujifilm technologies.

► The participant understands all aspects of the Fujifilm system and/or machines.

► The participant can perform product demonstrations with confidence.

► The participant can perform complete application setup including user utility and service utility setup on new installations.

► The participant can perform application setup for upgrades and options.

► The participant can perform image quality adjustments for all image processing.

► The participant can perform advanced on-site application training to end users.

► The participant can assist with on-site biopsies (for mammography).

► The participant can troubleshoot system issues and image quality issues.
